Common questions
Can staff fake their location?
The app compares each punch with the geofence and flags check-ins from outside it. It also flags mock location apps, and field staff can be asked for a selfie with every check-in.
Do field staff get tracked after work?
Tracking runs only between check-in and check-out. Staff can see what was recorded about them.
Which states does professional tax cover?
Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal and Gujarat are set up. Others can be added in settings.
Can we keep using Tally?
Yes. Each pay run gives a journal file you can import into Tally.
Do we need biometric machines?
No. Phones with GPS are enough. If you already have biometric or face scan devices, their punches can come into the same register.
